Trustpilot was the first site I visited and the site had an overall star review rating of 1.4 stars out of 5 stars. There were a good amount of good reviews on the site so let’s start from there. Some of the good reviews were about the company’s services being affordable. Customer service agents were also praised by some customers for being friendly and helpful and some shout outs were given. A customer wrote about how understanding and kind THERE UK is when he has financial issues which prevents his services from being suspended.Here are a few of the good reviews: • I took my elderly father to a 3 store in Harlow recently. We were greeted by a man called Keiron. He could not have been more helpful, patient and kind when speaking to my Dad, and knowledgeable about the products. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Keiron is a credit to the Company. •I know their internet service is not up to standard but from my experience being with 3 it has been absolutely brilliant up until now.I will have financial issues they understand and will never let me down until they resolve the problem not suspending my services and even they’ve suspended my services and I had an arrangement with them but still didn’t pay they will help me and switch it back on. My experience with 3 is WONDERFUL.I am being treated like family unlike EE shoved me off like I was a nobody. Didn’t give me a chance even though I explained my situations. Love 3 will remain with 3 and will definitely switch from EE to 3. BEST NETWORK EVER. Thank you to all the staff that makes my life easier. I am pleased with the service and signal strength I am receiving and thanks to the Wakefield branch for their help John fountain. Now, on to the bad reviews, there were a lot of complaints about weak signal and poor coverage. It was also mentioned in some reviews that THREE UK wasn’t giving customers the service they had paid for and the customer service agents were quite clueless when some of these complaints were made. According to a few reviews, their apps were difficult to navigate through and it was even harder trying to cancel an account. There were also very few complaints about poor reception and not being able to receive calls. Here are some of the bad reviews: •Absolutely appalling. The customer service phone line the guys are in India but I will give them their credit they are very friendly and very helpful. But the network coverage of three is absolutely disgusting. They do have cheap packages but there is no point in taking on a cheap package if the connectivity is disgusting. As they say you get what you pay for. • I’ve had a terrible time trying to cancel my account with 3i being online for over 2 hours and the person on the other end would not cancel it. So I went to complain and they apologised and said it would be null and they would charge me 15 pounds as the final fee. Well they have continued to take out 2 months fees as if I’m still with them I’m with another provider now I am disgusted with this company and advise strongly don’t go to 3 for your mobile network •The worst mobile company from UK. I’ve joined 3 at the beginning of this year. Very bad choice. The wick signal ,every time I’m in a conversation with someone. And about the Internet I’ve no words. 5G my ass. Not even 4G. The Reviewcentre.com site had an overall star review rating of 1.4 stars out of 5 stars and honestly, I couldn’t find any good reviews on this site. There were a lot of 1 star reviews on the site and most of their customers seem to have the same complaints. 80% of the bad reviews on this site were about poor signal, bad coverage and price increase. A lot of customers complained that their internet and calls kept going off. These complaints were a recurring thing in almost all the reviews. There were more complaints about customer service agents who were clueless and couldn’t solve customer’s issues. Here are some of the bad reviews: •I’ve been with Three for well over 15 years, (with a 18 month gap with Vodafone. Signal has been pretty rubbish since November last year. The last two weeks, I’ve not even been able to receive calls or access apps without being connected to wifi. It got that bad, I had to leave a full trolley of shopping behind at Aldi, because I had “No connection” and was therefore unable to log into my banking app and transfer money onto my card. Despite spending 45 minutes on the phone to Three, my signal has not gotten better. After requesting to cancel today, they want £158.00 – How is that fair when THREE are not keeping up with their side of the contract. I’m paying £37.00 a month for a contract that does not work. The earliest I can leave without in-curing costs is 18/09/22. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There’s a reason why they are cheaper than the other major networks. •AVOID THIS SHAMEFUL COMPANY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!! Absolutely a sham of a company provides poor signal. Advise me to move to another company as they cannot provide the service I require after only being with them for 6 weeks and always had an issue from day one. Now I have a debt collection agent sending me a letter trying to recover nearly £800. three customer service always end up in an Indian help line and always told they cannot access my details. Call back with correct details. I suggest three call me asap before I write a complaint to trading standards about this. •Over the past 12 months the signal coverage had gotten worse and worse. My signal drops all over and cuts off calls, I have zero coverage in places all throughout where I live. I received over a dozen text messages telling me they are doing work to improve services in my area and it hasn’t improved once, it’s become worse! Cannot wait for my contract to end because I will be finding an alternative provider. •I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Continuously Internet drops, I am located in Kensington Central London, their network coverage checker says full 4G coverage but that’s not true. Since I have a contract with Three I am facing continuous Internet drops, I just gave up on calling and calling their customer service, too much waste of time on the phone. They just cannot provide what they offer. Unfortunately I am trapped in a 24 months contract for awful service. Avoid this company, it is a trap! (Source)

After reading through the numerous reviews, I would say I have mixed feelings about THREE UK especially about the signal complaints so I’ll leave it to you guys to decide if you want to use THREE UK’s services. After all, no company is perfect and it seems like THREE UK have a lot of improvements to make.
